Stephanie started practicing yoga over twenty years ago to heal physical injuries, ease emotional pain, and bring balance to her life. In the journey to deepen her practice, she explored and taught different types of yoga, eventually discovering AcroYoga, Partner Acrobatics, and aerial arts.

Stephanie travels regularly to train with amazing acro teachers from around the world, pursuing her 500 E-RYT when she’s back home. She’s been teaching acro since 2012, most recently with Yogabatics in Austin, Texas.

Always quick to laugh and smile, she bring a joyful presence and playful attitude to instruction.
