REGISTRATION
We have an awesome team of Ambassadors who will greet you at the registration desk when you arrive at the festival – Friday starting at 9 am , Saturday morning starting at 7:45 am, and Sunday morning starting at 8:15 am. They will be able to get you your wristband, make sure you sign the waiver, and answer any questions. They will also be attending classes throughout the festival and they (as well as the organizers) are people you can go to at any point with questions, comments, concerns or request for hugs.

To register, you simply have to know your own name! When you bought your ticket we added you to a registration list that we have on hand at the check in desk. If you bought two tickets then please email [email protected] with the second person’s name and email so that we have them on our list.

CLASSES
The website has updated descriptions of each class so you can start to plan! Here is a google doc with all the detailed descriptions in one place, organized by time. We will also schedules available throughout the room so you can pick the right class.

FRIDAY JAM
We will be kicking off the weekend with an informal jam on Friday starting around 2 pm and wrapping up a little after sunset. The Friday jam will take place at the green space at the end of Saratoga Ave. If you are looking up the location on google maps then you should enter the term “Ocean Beach Park” and you should be able to find it.

SATURDAY INTENSIVES
This year you will not have to pre-register for a specific intensive. Simply show up Saturday morning, get your wristband from the registration desk and then make your way to the intensive that is right for you. If the class is not the right fit, you are always welcome to switch but we encourage people to do so in the first hour so they can catch up on the new material. Please make sure you can complete the prereqs for each class you attend.

NEW YEARS EVE PARTY
We are so pumped to celebrate New Years with you! We will be hosting a party on Monday, December 31st in the festival ballroom from 9 pm to 1:30 am. The evening will start with some fun performances, Acro Olympics, and then we will give you all time to enjoy music, dancing, and jamming with about 400 of your friends! A few of you have asked if you can bring a non-acro friend to the New Years Eve party. For participants that want to bring a guest, the guest can pay [email protected] $50 to attend the party.

HOTEL INFO
The festival takes place at the Sheraton Marina San Diego. The cheapest rate for the hotel will be on Sheraton’s website, but also make sure to check hotels.com to make sure it’s not cheaper online. The hotel is also very close to the airport and there is a shuttle for those flying in. There is also 2 hot tubs and 2 pools, so bring a bathing suit!

PARKING
Because of its proximity to the airport the parking is crazy expensive…like $32 overnight. If you are just parking during the day, we will have green parking validation things so that your day long parking should only cost $12, but there are no in and out privileges with daytime parking. Another option is parking across the street in a big lot that’s $10 for 24 hours, or grabbing an Uber from anywhere nearby.

FOOD
Don’t forget to eat! Lots of people bring lunch with them but there are plenty of options if you didn’t plan ahead. The hotel has a Starbucks with pre-made sandwhiches and breakfast items. There are also two restaurants on the property. Lots of people go to Liberty Station for lunch where you can find lots of different food options. Additionally, you can order from Uber Eats or another delivery service and eat lunch outside in the grass area. The hotel is very strict about their “no outside food” policy in the ballroom so please respect that.
